We (Kate Ertmann and I) have been compiling a list. Making it public/shareable has been a challenge as we don’t want it to turn into a ready-made spam/hate list. We’re still trying to figure out the best way to handle that. But we continue to compile the list.
Disagree. Publicly, you need to be on your A Game. Privately, we need trusted peers, mentors, and advisors who allow us to be fragile, broken, and vulnerable.

One of the biggest challenges with the whole mentor-mentee thing is getting mentors to realize that they don’t have to have all of the answers — informed or otherwise — and getting founders to realize that they shouldn’t follow any advice blindly.
