Heal yourself

I have come across two very significant and meaningful terms in my life “Letting go’ and “Holding on”. Well, everyone is quite aware and as the name suggests these words have easy connotation too. “Letting go” of the toxic people, toxic memories negating vibrations and “holding on” to meaningful-productive things, good memories, empowering thoughts and supportive people. When we say let go, we are trying to focus on forgiving the person, who have done wrong to us physically, emotionally and mentally. And when we say we forgive the person, the job is not done until you forget the episode and event as well. Likewise, the same holds true when it comes to forgiving self which is way more important than forgiving others. In today’s world, the term like self awareness , self love, self empathy have become popular thanks to media and Coaches who are toiling hard to learn first and then taking it as a responsibility to deliver the same out in the word. Self forgiveness means forgiving yourself for the wrongs you did intentionally or unintentionally. It is extremely vital to have empathy and love for self to continue to evolve yourself to the next level every single day. It is commonly heard “To err is human” and hence it’s OK for a human being to commit a mistake on his or her journey of life but it’s not OK and FAVOURABLE to not forgive oneself.

I believe one who learns to forgive oneself makes one’s journey of life rewarding, enriching and worth learning. One who learns to forgive oneself does not hold guilt and regrets for not being able to be a dream version of oneself. She knows that on this path, she will come across moments when she will fall and will taste failures which should not be taken as defeat but LESSONS to move upward, grow one step ahead by learning from the mistakes of the past. The Diamond doesn’t hold grudge that it comes from coal rather it rejoices in the glory that diamond is a woman’s best friend and is the most precious jewel. Similarly, the lotus doesn’t regret growing in the mud but enjoys the fact that it is considered pious and is given high regard among the flower species for not being affected by environment around and have the courage to bloom and be beautiful despite the odds and filth. Don’t you think Diamond and Lotus set an example to “Let go” of the facts of being in negativity rather “holds on” to the fact that they are precious and significant. They teach us to forgive, make adversities as their strength and shine bright in the world.

And all this become super easy when you have the PURPOSE of your life clear like a crystal clear glass. My PURPOSE of life is to live it with happiness, evolve and tranform others to the best of their abilities. I make sure my thoughts and actions are in sync if not always, most of the times because I do not want to be perfect (dead end) and I want to live life happily and blissfully.

Let’s start our journey of knowing ourselves more , feel free to connect with me @7814337361. I would love to read your perspective in the comment section.
