I’ve been trying to develop a chrome extension similar to PinIt button of Pinterest. I need little help in knowing how does Pinterest extension read all images and then open them in an iframe. WHat i tried is taking URL of all images and then storing it in localstorage but then i cannot access them in other iframe i’m injecting on the webpage as localstorage is not crossdomain for security reasons. Can anybody please tell me how Pinterest does this.
