New Feature Launches: No Recording Option & Enhanced Student Invitations

As we progress towards our mission of making tutoring accessible and effective for all, we continue to listen and learn. With this in mind, I’m happy to announce the launch of the top requests from our tutor partners, which are:

  1. Ability to Not Record: If you want to record your lesson, you’ll need to click on the “Record Lesson” check box prior to starting your lesson. If you do not check off this box, your lesson will not be recorded. Please see example below:
Remember to check off the “Record Lesson” button if you want your lesson recorded

We’ve heard from you that students don’t want to be recorded sometimes (maybe they’re having a bad hair day). If this is the case, simply start your lesson without checking off the “Record Lesson” box.

2. Enhanced Student Invitations: Inviting your students into your lessons is easier than ever. Instead of having to type in the emails of your students one by one, you can now select your students from a drop down list. See example below:

Not only does this streamline student invitations, but this also makes driving word-of-mouth & referral marketing much easier as well.

As always, we love to hear from you. Please let us know (at support@tutorcast.tv) if there are other requests you’d like to see in Tutorcast.tv.
