I like how you gave extra consideration to pre-baking the fruit to make sure that the cookies did not end up super mushy from all the water. Plus, I really like the main final photo of your cookie. I wish you would have included more explanation for why you ended up making fruit cookies instead of the other ideas you had, even though you explained it during class. What if you added more details and pictures to explain your process with each test. This way, it would be more clear to see how you ended up with the final recipe of your cookie.
