It’s mainly down to the change in times and how job boards are not adapting to this change. Your board my be dropping in job postings but here in the UK the market certainly isn’t slowing. None tech companies are no bringing development in house and this has been noted by the decline in agency work and many of the top agencies writing articles about the ‘death of the agency’, with this point in mind the many none tech firms who are hiring are posting jobs on the standard job boards such as Monster, Reed and CW jobs. The range of tech jobs in my area on these boards is staggering whilst jobs in my area on your board are zero. You’ve missed the market change and obviously have not targeted the none tech firms bringing everything in house which certainly seems to be the way the market is going.
