Train­ing With­in Indus­try (TWI) is a vital part of the prop methodology, designed to teach essential leadership, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills using a hands-on, practical approach.

This is a time-tested workforce training system developed during World War II that allowed the US to quickly up skill our workforce. We are able to transform an inexperienced workforce into a capable team. Each training program can be delivered as stand-alone program. However, best practice uses all four job training programs as part of a systemic approach that develops workforce skill and increases performance.
