A reason karma is not always returned.

Editon 005

We’re all familiar with the adage, ‘what goes around, comes around’.

By and large, we are brought up to believe that if we are good people — sew the seeds of kindness, generosity and compassion that it will return 10 fold throughout our lives.

But is this really true?

Bad things, do after all, happen to good people.

Very bad things to very good people, in fact.

And sometimes, the people who hurt us, be it physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually, never (seem to) receive their ‘just desserts’.

What’s going on there?

When reality fails to meet our hopes or expectations, bitter feelings of disillusionment, resentment and anger can surface.

Left unchecked, they can be extremely destructive.

It’s a lovely sentiment: if we are generous with our time, energy and services, people will reciprocate.

And we will attract people with similar ‘vibration’.

So if you find yourself wondering why you’re not receiving what you’re ‘putting out’, it may be time to look inside.

How much time do you have for yourself?

Can you forgive yourself for perceived misgivings?

How generous are you overall with yourself?

Can you look at yourself, dead in the mirror and say, ‘I love and accept you’?

Instead of sewing your energy outside of yourself, why put a little more effort into flipping the paradigm?

Tell me what happens then.
