It is, indeed. But that doesn’t mean we should not expect a certain convenience and consistency. By that logic everything from wheel to internal combustion engines to ships is a miracle but we have expectations when we pay for partaking in those miracles. The airline industry needs serious disruption. While I don’t subscribe to the red-faced, vein-popping screaming match, we need to question and demand better. Else, we’ll not progress.
