Healthy Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 well ripened banana (needs to be very mushy-better sugar consistency)
  • 1Tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • +/- 1 cup water (depending on consistency) * can sub almond milk
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 cup blueberries
  • Pure maple syrup instead of fake sweeter (little bit goes a long way)

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in blender until consistent texture (oats, flaxseed, baking powder
  • Add banana and 1/2 cup water.
  • Blend thoroughly
  • Add water until desired consistency
  • pour & enjoy
