Healthy Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 well ripened banana (needs to be very mushy-better sugar consistency)
- 1Tablespoon flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- +/- 1 cup water (depending on consistency) * can sub almond milk
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 to 1 cup blueberries
- Pure maple syrup instead of fake sweeter (little bit goes a long way)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in blender until consistent texture (oats, flaxseed, baking powder
- Add banana and 1/2 cup water.
- Blend thoroughly
- Add water until desired consistency
- pour & enjoy
