Inflammation and pain are common health issues that can have a significant impact on quality of life. Imagine waking up, and you’re in pain. Imagine you go to bed, and you’re in pain. This is my lifestyle, and I push through the pain each day. Inflammation in my joints from over usage, typing too much, and inflammation in areas I don’t know about because lets face it I’m not a doctor, I’m a tableau consultant and I know data.

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMFT, or PEMF therapy), also known as low field magnetic stimulation (LFMS) uses electromagnetic fields in an attempt to heal non-union fractures and depression.[1] By 2007 the FDA had cleared several such stimulation devices. (FOUND ON WIKI) They talk alot about how PEMF started in the non-union fractures area, FDA approved then, and also later FDA approved for muscle stimulation, which is exactly my end goal.

Today, was round 2 using the PEMF therapy device at Deep Relief. This time I went to sleep, I’m told this is normal, and I didn’t mind.

I’m not sure how most of the treatment went. But it felt similar to last time, and I’m getting better

I feel less pressure when typing this right now, in my chest, my shoulders aren’t bothering me, I feel like I’m not in a flex when typing or working on my cellphone. I feel it most on a cellphone, it’s just this overall feeling of not having a lot of tension through out my upper front side. I still have tension in my neck, my body is still in pain, but I have a larger capacity for energy.

It’s almost as if I have a battery and the PEMF therapy machine is feeding my battery with an external source of power, power that I’ve never felt before. For example last night I was able to maintain working on landscaping, even taking care of work at night time, as you may not know the sun goes down fast this time of year in Texas. I had things to do before a big rain and I was able to do all of that work, and keep a quick step after the work.

Today, I avoided coffee, and my productivity was consistent. I didn’t feel like I was the most productive today, but I do feel like I had a new source of energy to tap into. The pain is dulled, and that’s all I can ask for.

Inflamed body, pain all over, this isn’t living, I want to have more energy, and more depth into my days. My family deserves a recovered Tyler. Today I let the PEMFY machine attack the same areas as yesterday, my top right and left chest, my shoulders, and this also reverberates down through my arms and into my fingers. A rather odd trembling feeling, but not a negative feeling nor one you desire to pull away from. It’s time to continue my research into the benefits and start discussing now!

Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF) therapy is a non-invasive treatment that has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain in a number of conditions.

PEMF therapy works by using low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate cells in the body. These waves help to balance the electromagnetic frequencies of cells, promoting the body’s natural healing processes. When it comes to inflammation and pain, PEMF therapy has been shown to help reduce inflammation by decreasing the production of pro-inflammatory molecules and increasing the production of anti-inflammatory molecules.

One of the most notable benefits of PEMF therapy is its ability to reduce pain. PEMF therapy has been shown to help reduce pain in conditions such as osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis. PEMF therapy works by stimulating the release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain-relieving chemicals. It also helps to reduce inflammation, which can be a major contributor to pain.

PEMF therapy has also been shown to help reduce pain in people who have had a sports injury. This can be a great alternative for those who want to avoid taking pain medication, which can have side effects. PEMF therapy can help to speed up the healing process, reduce inflammation and improve overall recovery.

PEMF therapy has also been shown to be effective for reducing pain and inflammation in people with chronic lower back pain. Studies have found that PEMF therapy can help reduce pain and improve function in people with chronic lower back pain.

It’s important to note that PEMF therapy is not FDA approved for the treatment of pain and inflammation. However, the benefits of PEMF therapy for pain and inflammation are supported by a growing body of research. If you are considering using PEMF therapy for pain and inflammation, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional first.

In conclusion, PEMF therapy is a non-invasive treatment that has been shown to be effective in reducing inflammation and pain in a number of conditions. PEMF therapy can help to reduce pain by stimulating the release of endorphins, reduce inflammation, and improve overall recovery. While more research is needed to fully understand the benefits of PEMF therapy for pain and inflammation, the current evidence suggests that it may be a promising treatment option for those looking for a natural alternative to reduce their pain and inflammation.
