The biggest hurdle for me is the anxiety that if I ask, I’ll interrupt the instructor’s flow or make class run over. The best way I know to deal with this is simply to write down every question I have. It usually doesn’t exceed 5 or so. After class, professors are often even more enthusiastic about answering questions, because they have a 1:1 connection to explore.
