Filing an appeal is like talking to a brick wall. Totally ridiculous. In the email below “all the information available to me” was some copy paste bs on a policy that I certainly didn’t violate. When asking for more clarification, I get sent the policy over and over again with no explanation as to how it is actually violated. Hope someone raises hell at the next I/O fireside chat or something.
