Drink Coffee

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks on the planet and now there’s another reason to love it more. When you consume coffee (particularly when fasting) you’re able to metabolise more fat stores which means you’re technically burning more fat during the day.

Drinking coffee is also a stumlant which means it’s going to allow you to push yourself harder in the gym and be more active during the day. Do you ever realise how you feel tired in the morning and when you have your first coffee it’s like somone has poured the life into your body, you’re awake you’re moving up and alert and you’re ready to crush the day.

Pro Tip 1 — Drink your coffee black. If you drink coffee with milk/sugar/cream you’re undoing the positive fat burning effects coffee has.

Pro Tip 2 — Drink your coffee before you train, particularly in the morning when doing fasted cardio on an empty stomach to help burn fat.

Pro Tip 3 — Avoid pre workouts and fat burners, the main ingredient in them is caffeine and you can easily get that from coffee and avoid the sleep problems, overstimulation and jitters you get from pre workouts.
