Drink More Water

You probably think you’re drinking enough water, but you’re probably not…

Too many people don’t drink enough water during the day and that’s a serious problem. Your body is made up of about 60% of water which means it’s DAMN IMPORTANT. Our body needs water for certain functions in our body and is crucial for our cells.

When you aren’t drinking enough water you’re not able to produce as much energy as you usually would, which means things in your body slow down. Your metabolism, enzymatic processes and a whole range of functionality in our body requires water and a lot of it.

Pro Tip 1 — Get your body weight in kg and multiply it by 30ml.
E.g 70kg x.30ml = 2.1L of water a day.

Pro Tip 2 — When you’re drinking water this also includes coffee, tea, and any other liquid you drink.

Pro Tip 3 — As soon as you wake up drink roughly 250ml of water as soon as you get out of bed to kick start your metabolism.
