To decide whether someone has “moved across the gender divide” we need a definition of “gender.”
Wayne Stidolph

You can try to get into the scientific miniteau of it as much as you want but at the end of the day you have to ask yourself is the extreme prejudice, FUD and mental wear (which drives people to suicide) worth committing “fraud”? No one is going to go through the severe reactions of their peers in order to get a peek at someone in the bathroom and to suggest that is not only hurtful but painfully misguided and out of touch. Gender is a spectrum, much like sexuality, you can try to quantify it through physical features alone but I think its hard to argue with the very real feelings, dysphoria and emotions that trans individuals face and drive them to a life that is far more difficult than one that just complies with how we traditionally think about gender.
