Update: uZoom Is Donating 100% Of August Revenue To The Global Alliance To Prevent Prematurity and StillBirth
We’re excited to announce our partnership with GAPPS, the Global Alliance to Prevent Prematurity and Stillbirths. During the month of August, every dollar we make in revenue will be donated to the amazing work GAPPS does to raise awareness for maternal, newborn and child health worldwide.uZoom strives to give people a tangible, interactive and immersive connection to the World; the causes and the organizations they want to support. The more people interact with the world around them, the more they understand what it means to be part of a global community. A community that includes Brazil, a country that ranks among the top 10 countries with the highest number of preterm births. A startling statistic that also holds true for the United States.
This month the Summer Games kick off in Rio de Janeiro. uZoom is currently on the ground providing a connection to the festivities for people all over the world through the app for a small fee. Partnering with GAPPS an organization that seeks to prevent stillbirths in Brazil made perfect sense.
