Loved the article. I can so relate to this! I worked from home for a year. And i totally get it. All the syndromes, guilty.. I was so much more productive. Now that I have joined my office back again, I actually miss those days. I was eating healthier, away from office drama, saved on travelling costs, had more time to go to the market. I used to take afternoon power naps, which used make me feel extremely guilty but then I used to feel so fresh after those. I too reviewed how many hours i used to spend coding, turned out to be around 10 hours on an average everyday (5 days a week) . Now i can hardly make it more than 6 hours.
