Ubcoin Market is placing its headquarters in Singapore. At the moment the company is officially incorporated there as an exempt private company limited by shares.
The process of listing UBC tokens on Asian exchanges is progressing well and is planned to be finalised shortly after August, 27, the end of Ubcoin token sale. As part of the listing process, Ubcoin successfully completed its smartcontract security audit, received required legal opinions under the laws of the United States, Singapore and British Virgin Islands that UBC token is considered a “utility token”, not a “security”.
Global marketing and business development departments will be relocated to Singapore shortly.

Our trusted partners and representatives in China — China Blockchain Partners (CBP) — were present on August 16–17 at the 2018 iWorld conference in Chengdu where, among other things, they were happy to meet with potential contributors and partners for Ubcoin.
