In this article, I am goingto try to explane you the basic information about the “börser” project. When I looked at Whitepaper and his website, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the presentation.
In this article we will describe the relationship between mass funding and blockchain. Blockchain technology silently affects many sectors. What do you do with Börser?
You have quite a few opfions here. Once Börser is sent to the recipient, either through the applicafion or an authorized X- Change agent, you will be able to use your Börser in several ways. You can spend it at parficipafing merchants that accept Börser as a form of payment, or you can go to a local X-Change affiliate and have it converted to your local currency. You can even use your X-Change debit card to make payments and/or withdraw cash at the ATM.
X-Change will offer merchants the ability to keep mulficurrency accounts. In this way, they will be able to exchange Börsers for their fiat currency for withdrawal purposes only
High frequency users and qualified merchants will at some point be able to ask for credit in Börser, a process which will also be facilitated by X-Change.
X-Change will facilitate both local and internafional trade by providing an escrow service at very low fees. Integrafion through smart contracts will put this process within everyone’s reach

Börser will be mulfiple things at once: a privately held holding company, a cryptocurrency, and a technological plaVorm based on blockchain.
Börser has been incorporated as a cryptocurrency and holding company in Costa Rica under Börser S.A. registrafion #3- 101–748279. Börser S.A. will own 30% of the shares of Mi Wall Street, X-Change, and CrowdingFunds.
At the same fime as Börser is being developed as a cryptocurrency, 100% of the shares of Börser S.A. will belong to those that own the cryptocurrency. In this way we are backing Börser’s crypto with a real asset — shares of the holding company. Those that own Börser’s cryptocurrency will be able to receive dividends as regular shareholders do
Börser will develop the plaVorm required for Mi Wall Street, X-Change, and Crowding Funds using blockchain technology. This is a great strategy from a technical point of view that also makes business sense as well. By using an exisfing blockchain plaVorm, the need for a tesfing period is eliminated, while also providing the possibility of an
easy migrafion.
Börser’s Holdings will fully fund Mi Wall Street, X-Change, and CrowdingFunds through the sale of Börser’s cryptocurrency. These sales will take place in three different stages: private sale, Pre-ICO, and ICO. Each stage will allow the project to move forward toward its goals.
