Ucraft is now on Medium

Since our launch, back in 2015, we have a long way and we have learned A LOT.
Needless to say, we have worked on improving our product and implementing more changes than we can count, but that’s not all that has happened.
We have learned valuable business lessons and survived many growing pains.
The Ucraft team has gone through thick and thin together, and this whole experience has made us stronger and more determined than ever to succeed. We now want to share the knowledge and experience we have gathered to help all our users and readers build and grow their businesses.
What’s Ucraft all about?
For all of you who aren’t familiar with Ucraft, here’s a quick introduction:
Ucraft is primarily a website builder that doesn’t require any coding skills. This means that you can create a website by dragging and dropping element and blocks until you achieve desired results. After you settle for a design and upload your content, you can leverage one of our many third-party integrations to enhance your website’s functionality.
Besides the website builder, Ucraft offers a Free Logo Maker and a Free Landing Page Creator that you can use to help you with your online presence.
The Ucraft Team
Now that we took care of the ‘what’, there’s a more important question and that’s ‘who’.
From the very beginning, Ucraft was about its people — it was founded by long-time friends ( Gev and Mher ) that were and still are determined to make everyone feel like they’re at home. Because of this, we’ve become known as “hippies of tech”.
The flat hierarchy, where everyone’s opinion is treated equally, is the organization that we believe in. This model has proven itself to be the best one for fostering creative thinking and initiative, over and over again.
Is this model good for every company? It’s not. We were blessed to find people who truly believe in Ucraft’s vision and love what they do.
Of course, we did hit a few bumps on the road on our journey. We had our fair share of missteps, disappointments and hardships. That’s why we decided to come back to Medium and share what we’ve learned.
We hope to build a sharing community, which is why we want to invite you to tell us your story in the comments.
