Agreed, UX portfolios have become so rote and templatized. The “Good, bad, and ugly” of UX — all look the same. Can’t wait for the time when each designer expresses her own uniquely personal “playbook”. I think Marty Neumeier’s website uniquely expresses that he is a superior designer. Similarly, Hugh Dubberly’s.
