I Got Scammed By A Silicon Valley Startup

This happened to me once. The other person was definitely a very good talent and good fit for the role. But he was competing for my my position from day one. It didn’t end well and he ended up leaving. He was definitely a good professional. At some level I think the problem was that when he was hired, some wrong expectations were set and he probably felt his job was now being handed over to someone else when I joined.
