· Lactic Acid — an inorganic acid that has both antiviral and antibacterial properties
· Tartaric Acid- a while crystal dicarboxylic acid that is found in many plants, especially tamarinds and grapes
· Peppermint Oil — this also has antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties
· Lavender Oil — this has been added for its antibacterial and antifungal effects.

How does it work?
Our incredible disinfectant has a combination of biocides and co-formulants which simultaneously offers a two-pronged attack towards different pathogens (hence why you only need one product!)
The tartaric acid is particularly effective against yeast and fungus, while the lactic acid will take on other pathogens. The acids also provide an enhancement of the product’s performance, even at very low concentrations. The essential oils will help to combat the pathogens as they can penetrate cell walls and membranes. Once they are inside the cells, the essential oils’ antimicrobial compounds will disrupt the enzyme activity within the cells. The rest of the co-formulants are there to help optimise the efficiency of the active substances. Once our disinfectant is inside the cells, the pH level will drop due to the acids present and kill everything without allowing the development of resistance.
