If you want to make your story visible to everyone, select “Public.” And if you want to make your story visible to only specific people, select “Custom” and enter the names of the people you want to be able to see your story.
Keep in mind that even if you make your story visible to only your Facebook friends, anyone who views your story can still take a screenshot of it. So if you’re concerned about someone sharing your story without your permission, you may want to consider not sharing your story at all.
