This is probably worth a blog article on its own. One more thing I can add is that you are more likely to fail if you try to set up multiple new habits at the same time. In the last couple weeks, I tried to pick up a new habit like for example eating healthy one at a time and adding a new one once I feel comfortable enough with the previous one. This works much better for me at least.
