KUBITX: A TRADING PLATFORM THAT IS SIMPLE, EASY TO ACCESS AND COMFORTABLE TO USE.
INTRODUCTION:
The cryptocurrency industry is creating its own niche in the financial ecosystem. The industry is gradually becoming a household name. One important player in the crypto market is the cryptocurrencies exchangers. Cryptocurrencies exchange is a very important part of the cryptocurrencies ecosystem as customers needs to exchange currencies. This is beneficial to both trader and investors alike, as the growth of any currency listed on a trading platform depends on the rate of exchange, which has a direct influence on the health of the currency on the exchange platform. Nevertheless most customers has long list of observations, complaints they have either observed or experienced while trading or investing through an exchange platform, which create doubts in the hearts of the general public from embracing this new technology, rather preferring the traditional exchange system i.e. banks and stock exchange houses.

CHALLENGES OF EXCHANGE PLATFORMS
· COMPLEXITY OF PLATFORM: Most customers constantly report the complexity of using most trading platforms, as they find the features either on their website or mobile app, very difficult to comprehend, this affects customers’ experience.
· SECURITY CHALLENGES: Some customers have either been deceived or have been hacked by hackers, based on poor security on exchange platform. I know how such experience feels, because I have also been a victim of such.
· POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT: I have read on social media, over and over again, where customers will ask, this question, who will I call when I have a challenge? Sincerely, that is a genuine questions, most exchange platform I have come across, have poor customers support features; they expect everybody to be a pro, in using their suffocated platform.
· OFFLINE PLATFORM: Many customers complain that some exchange platforms, are unable to stay online, when the market is crashing, thereby customers are unable to benefit from the low price of currencies in the market.
Traders experiences different setbacks, which are really frustrating. KUBITX has observed these challenges and came out, with better solutions, to aid the customers in having a better experience.

· EASY TO USE PLATFORM: One of my challenge as a cryptocurrency investor is the complexity of most trading platforms, sometimes I need to be guided to be able to operate and do transactions on some platforms. This is what KUBITX intends to solve, because this creates a lot of unease when doing business on such platforms. KUBITX intends given users a more relax experience when using their platform for trading.
· FIAT DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL: Liquidity of cryptocurrencies remains a major challenges, KUBITX aims in creating a robust partnership with payment service providers, in assisting users for easier deposit or withdrawal of their currencies.
· LANGUAGE INTEGRATION: Communication remains a necessary tool in business, KUBITX sees this as a major tool for proper integration of its users, therefore about 5 languages will be used for service provision to its users, this make KUBITX a global brand.
WRAP UP: Most crypto investors generally do have a lot of setbacks using some trading platforms. KUBITX brings unique and robust solutions for users, which aims at given the users a comfortable and better experience.
