This is a great article. I always thought that being the leading developer brings some nasty habits with it starting with the fact that the rest of the team doesn’t gain any experience in problem-solving. We should strive for equilibrium within projects so we may all gain some experience from it. In my opinion, the key to being a good developer is humbleness.
