So you have a lot of good points. I picked up Figma a bit today. This will be the second time I spent a little bit of time with the tool. I used an early build awhile ago — I’m on a gigabyte network and speed wise it was very slow. The load time took quite a while to file switch.

I also had a few oddities with a sketch import. It’s coming along but not there yet. Also its a big challenge to move to an always cloud connected design tool. Sometimes I’m just not online and this was an issue I ran into many times with Uxpin (another great tool).

As for design libraries, craft, adobe xd libraries, and many more exist to align designs across teams. None are quite perfect yet.

It’s a big shift to jump to a cloud based tool like this. Does it support a backup local save method in the event of network outage?

I see a lot of potential benefit, but after viewing it a second time now it’s not quite there yet. I’m all about switching and trying lots of tools. Here’s to the tools of the future.
