Common issues — Feedback & Support

Q: When trying to log into my account I get a message that my username and password don’t match OR My username and password are displayed automatically in the appropriate boxes but when I click log in I get an error message.

A: It may be that you have an old password and/or username saved to your browser and not to Kabbalah University. To solve this issue please follow the steps below in accordance with your browser. If your browser is not listed, please find the password settings in your browsers security preferences and remove https://idp.kabbalah.com/user/login from the list. Once you have successfully removed the saved password, please go back to Kabbalah University’s log in page and retype your username and password. To save your password properly, check off the ‘keep me signed in’ button.

Internet Explorer:

· Please go to your browser’s Tools menu.

· Select Internet Options.

· Click Content.

· Under AutoComplete, click Settings.

· Click on Manage Passwords.

· Click on the Web Credentials Manager.

· Click on the drop down arrow by the web site you want to remove the password.

· Click on Remove.

· To save your password properly, check off the ‘keep me signed in’ button.

Safari:

· Please go to your browser’s preferences

· Click ‘Passwords’

· Find https://idp.kabbalah.com/user/login and click Remove

· Please go back to Kabbalah University’s log in page and retype your username and password.

· To save your password properly, check off the ‘keep me signed in’ button.

Firefox:

· Please go to your browsers preferences

· Click ‘security’

· Go to passwords and click saved passwords

· Find https://idp.kabbalah.com/user/login and click Remove

· Please go back to Kabbalah University’s log in page and retype your username and password.

· To save your password properly, check off the ‘keep me signed in’ button.

Google Chrome

· In the upper right corner of your window, click the Chrome menu

· Click Settings.

· At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.

· Under “Passwords and forms,” click Manage passwords.

· Under “Saved passwords,” hover over the site whose password you’d like to remove.

· Click the X that appears on the right.

· In the bottom right corner of the screen, click Done.

· Please go back to Kabbalah University’s log in page and retype your username and password.

· To save your password properly, check off the ‘keep me signed in’ button.

Q: How do I stay logged in?

A: Firstly make sure your browser doesn’t have your password saved, (see above for steps.) Once you have successfully done that, select the “Keep me signed in” check box. Now you won’t have to sign in again!

Q: I can’t watch videos within my subscription A: Are you sure? Lets make sure we are on the same page!

Please note: If your credit card information has changed, Kabbalah University will stop charging you and automatically change your subscription to a free one. To update you credit card information please go to https://idp.kabbalah.com/user/8075/edit-subscription.

Q: When I try to watch videos/stream I get a message of Invalid license key

A: This issue may occur due to old cookies stored on your browser. To solve this issue please go to your browser settings and clear the browser cookies. Browser-specific instructions can be found below.

Google Chrome:

  • Please go to the ‘Tools Menu’
  • Click on ‘Options’
  • Click on ‘Under the Hood’
  • Under ‘Privacy’ select ‘Show Cookies’
  • A new window should open called ‘Cookies’ where you can see all the cookies within your Google Chrome Browser.
  • To Remove/Delete ALL Cookies Click on ‘Remove All’ to remove all traces of cookies
  • Once you have successfully cleared the browser cookies, close the browser completely and re-launch it.

Safari:

· Please go to the ‘Safari Menu’ on the top right corner and click ‘Preferences’

· Click ‘Privacy’ tab

· Click on the ‘Details’ button

· To Remove/Delete ALL Cookies Click ‘Remove All’ button at the bottom

· Once you have successfully cleared the browser cookies, close the browser completely and re-launch it.

Mozilla Firefox:

· Please go to ‘Tools’ in the menu bar and click ‘Options’ · in the Options box and click ‘Privacy Tab’ · Click ‘Show Cookies’ · To Delete All Cookies Click the ‘Remove All Cookies’ button at the bottom

· Once you have successfully cleared the browser cookies, close the browser completely and re-launch it.

Internet explorer:

· On the Start screen, tap or click ‘Internet Explorer’ to open Internet Explorer. · Move the cursor to the top right corner and the side menu will appear, click on ‘settings’ at the bottom · On Settings, click on ‘Options’ · In the Options window, click on the ‘Select’ button under History section · In the History window, select the check box beside ‘Cookies’ · And Click the ‘Delete’ button to complete

· Once you have successfully cleared the browser cookies, close the browser completely and re-launch it.

Q: When trying to watch videos I get an error message: ‘Flash plugin failed to load.’

A: This issue happens due to old browser version or old flash plugin version of your current browser. Follow the instructions for you Internet browser below.

Safari:

· To view the plug-ins installed in Safari open the System Preferences

· Click Other, Flash Player and then Playback.

· Click the “Peer-assisted Networking Setting by Site”.

· In the Networks Access column Select Allow for Kabbalah University

Google Chrome:

· To view the plug-ins installed in Chrome, type chrome://plugins into Chrome’s address bar and press Enter. This page shows all the installed browser plug-ins enabled in Google Chrome.

· Search for “Adobe shockwave plugin / flash plugin”

· Update this plugin to latest version.

· After successfully updating the plugin, please close the browser completely and then re-launch it again.

Mozilla Firefox:

· To view your list of installed plug-ins, open the Firefox menu, click Add-ons, and select Plugins.

· Search for “Adobe shockwave plugin / flash plugin”

· Update this plugin to latest version.

· After successfully updating the plugin, please close the browser completely and then re-launch it again.

Internet explorer:

· Internet Explorer lists its browser plug-ins along with other browser add-ons you have installed. To view them, click the gear menu at the top-right corner of the Internet Explorer window

· Select Manage add-ons.

· Browser plug-ins are displayed under the Toolbars and Extensions category. Search for “Adobe shockwave plugin / flash plugin”, and update this plugin to latest version.

· After successfully updating the plugin, please close the browser completely and then re-launch it again.

Q: When trying to search for a video I get an error message: “Sorry, no result’s found for this selection. Please select another topic”

A: This message is displayed when the search engine is not able to find any results for the keyword or category you are looking for. We suggest, taking advantage of the auto suggestion feature for the free keyword or selecting from the existing categories on the left bar of the search page.
