I checked the PIOMAS data. The PIOMAS curve from Wikipedia is completely different. Also, the PIOMAS simulation does not match well and is too pessimistic with respect to actual measurements by Cryosat. The Wikipedia curve even show signs of reversal (higher tops, higher minima) near the end. Completely contrary to the article that shows a curve with a continuous down trend.
