I'm glad to hear, I wish there is a silver lining of hope. Referendum to me sounds like the will of people, which I therefore translated into an event that 'has taken place'. I see now there are diverse opinions and I can only hope for best that this starts discussions that could lead UK to remain, perhaps, in a stronger EU (which also should take its learnings from this).
