I aboslutely agree with this response primarily considering that I have personal experience with sexist perspectives used upon me. I feel that we, as humans, are unconsciously sexist when it comes to the general distinction of men and women. But when statistics as such clearly portray the imparity that is occuring, I feel we should really take a stand and attempt to make a significant change. Of course, simply suggesting it wouldn’t help. But at least being aware will be able to spread this concern and benefit in gradually making alterations in how women and men are treated in the job field. The growth of women intellectuals today could take part in making this change in the future.
