To accomplish that, we need to enclose bot projects like these inside of networks/tribes. They simply can’t remain standard open source project if they are going deliver lasting change.

Yes! Creating networks of bots that operate in a parallel economic systems unrelated to the human ones is a great way to generate excess value to offset the human costs of turking. What if instead of turking generating money, it generated equity in the systems you help to train? I imagine a world where everyone is an investor in these systems using a cooperative platform.
