Bulletproof hot cocoa!
- 1 tbsp cocoa
— 1 tbsp butter
— 1 tbsp coconut oil
— sweetener of choice to taste
— cinnamon to taste
Heat up some water and blend in ingredients! Yummy sub for those like me who can’t drink or don’t like coffee.
2g carbs, 27g fat, 230 calories, and VERY filling.
I’ve only just taken two sips and I already feel stuffed to the point of shitting myself.
