A way to be happy is to think positive. If we think positive we will live a happy life. Positive thinking leads us toward happiness and happiness ushers us toward success. Because when we are happy our mind work more efficiently according to search, our brain works significantly better at positive than at negative, neutral or stressed. Every single business and educational outcome improve when we start at positive rather than waiting for a future success. Sales improve 37 percent cross-industry, productivity by 31 percent, you’re 40 percent more likely to receive a promotion, nearly 10 times more engaged at work, live longer, get better grades, your symptoms are less acute, and much more.

Now the question arises how we will turn our mind from negative to positive or how we will be more positive in our lives. There are many activities or tips, we can use in our daily work to polish our positive mind-set. When we face failure we can do following acts to remain positive.

  1. Bring gratitude to mind: Write down three NEW things that you are grateful for in that work
    2) Journal: About a positive experience you’ve had recently for two minutes
    3) Exercise: Engage in 15 minutes of mindful cardio activity
    4) Meditate: Watch your breath go in and out for two minutes.
    5) Engage in a random, conscious act of kindness: Write a two-minute positive email thanking a friend or colleague, or compliment someone you admire on social media. Do these steps repeatedly (for 21 days), and you will begin to see a lasting the shift in your mind-set towards more positivity.
I faced failure many times in my life and to prevent our mind-set from negativity, I started thought about the positive aspect of that work and try to be more positive in my thoughts. I will share some real life examples to explain whether these above-mentioned actions really work or not.
I am a social worker and work on education of orphan students. I have to face many difficulties while raising funds. At that time, I took a deep breath and said to my thoughts if I think negative may be it would not influence me but it will miscarry the future of an orphan. So, by thinking the positive aspect of work, I did my work more efficiently.
One of my friends is very conscious in his every work. When he did his work he asked many other friends whether he did right or wrong and after that, he took stress for a long time period. I advised him not to take stress about anything, always think positive. When he was with me and think negatively, I recalled him the positive aspect of his work and memorized him positive outcomes. After a couple of days, a positive change occurs in his personality and he started thinking positively.

A couple of months before, I think negatively to take any decision. My seniors advised me to be calm before took any decisions, think positively about the task and then go to final decision. So, I tried to get rid of this habit of negativity. When I was in trouble and had to take a decision, first I took a deep breath and then investigate my problem. Think what I have learned, and why I faced that problem. Then according to this, I took my next step.
I always try to be positive in my work and problems. As I know, Positivity will increase my productivity and it will make me more successful.

Being negative about anything will never bring an positive outcome. Positivity attracts happiness and prosperity.
