I shared the remaining tips of “How to Maximize you Career” with my uncle who Mr. Rana Muhammad Naeem. He has 15–18 years of experience. He started his job from grass root level. We can say that he was a grass rooter who built his skills and learned new things where ever he worked in Pakistan and abroad. It was sort of informal chat. I did not write him any email. I just dropped him message and requested for his time. I requested him that I want to share few things with him and I want to have his opinion about those things. He promptly gave me ‘Go Ahead’.

He agreed with all those tips. One thing that I particularly asked him was “ Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members”. How can one do that. He shortly said “Boss is always right”. There are some people who stay around the boss for most of the time to get some benefits. But at the end of the day the thing that matters is ‘ How much have you benefited the company?’ The other thing he mentioned was Honesty. Be honest with your work and company it is the key to success. He said that he is also a example of embracing change. He did not stick to his very first job as a helper in FFC. He kept learning new things and he embraced change. He learned things that companies were demanding. This is the thing that made him a Project Manager.

It was a great learning experience better than the previous one.
