In-Person Drop

Coca Cola is one of the leading beverages company in the world and is in fortune 500 companies of the world. It has its business all over the world. I recently applied in Coca Cola Gujranwala Pakistan by in-person drop. I learn by this activity that how to give a mock interview and be professional at any interview. I learn how to meet with one person and having his valuable time at job place. I faced a few problems and challenges when I go there for in-person drop. First the gate keeper was not allowing me to go inside and then the HR manager was reluctant and giving me chance to talk with him. He was saying that its months end and he has a lot to do in the office. Then to overcome those challenges I first request to gate keeper for quite a few time and give him a reference that I am going to meet Mr. Hamad then he allowed me to go inside. Then I reached to Mr. Hamad and he was so busy and was not giving me his time. One of my friend has internship there then I call him and tell him the entire story he then told me to give his name as a reference. Then Mr. Hamad give me his time and then I deliver my resume and cover letter to him and gave him a mock interview. So in the end I was able to deliver my pitch and request him to contact me if there is any vacant post there in future. In future by learning from this experience I will make sure that I will get an appointment if possible before to go for the interview. I will also make sure to remember some other person’s name before to go for in-person interview. other can learn from this is that they should contact with the person to whom they are going for in-person interview and try to be more professional and kind to the person before to go for interview.
