One of my friend and my old classmate is doing job in a private company named OUJLA AND ASSOCIATES TOWN DEVELOPERS PVT LTD. He is working there as a marketing manager. His duties are to deal with customer and doing marketing for the organization. The hierarchy of the organization is that first of all there is a chairman in the organization who is the finest authority. Under him CEO is working then there is director, top manager and in the last there are some non-manager employees. According to him the environment is very supportive and learning. According to him he came to know about the job by an advertisement in the newspaper. Then he had gone through an open-ended interview after which he was selected by them. According to him there is no need of reference to get a job you just need to believe in yourself which is one of the principles of progress of AMAL.

One of my friends is doing job in MASTER FURNITURES which is also a private company. He is working there as a marketing officer. His job is to increase sales of chairs which are core product of MASTER FURNITURES. According to him he came to know about the job by some of his friend and then he applied for that job and after first screening interview he was selected by them. It shows that we should have strong networking which may be able to help us in this regard. There are more chances for him of career growth. He can be territory manager or area manager of marketing in the future.

One of friends is doing job in HBL. He is working there in credit Department as a credit officer. His job is to investigate the credibility of customer relative to their payback ability. His job is to sanction loan to them. There are more chances for him of career growth as with the passage of time he could be head of credit Dept. and then further could be Branch manager one day. He was selected after two screening tests and then two interviews. According to him there are so many chances for fresh graduates to explore hidden qualities in them and get quality jobs which they desire because there are so many opportunities in the market for them.
