Wasn’t our country founded on “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?” I won’t say black schools don’t need more funding, but then again, they are only funded by the tax payers in their own district, meaning its only natural for them to be underfunded. If black people really are as hard working as you say, why can’t they fend for themselves like the rest of us?
