I used this technique to complete my work on time. I have not use it always but whenever I use it helps me a lot. Let’s discuss some history of this technique. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management technique developed by Francesco Cirillo within the late Eighties. The technique uses a timer to interrupt down work into intervals, historically twenty-five minutes long, separated by short breaks.

Thus, let’s elaborate it more from real life example. I habitually used it when I was running out of time, and believe when I use it works for me. Last Saturday I had to do three different assignments in one night so for that I made a plan and divide my work into three parts. Moreover, I have to do one assignment in an hour for that I further divide my assignment into two parts, and I have to completed one part in 25 minutes. So, basically I have to completed all three assignments in three hours in 6 parts. At the start I felt not good because I did not use this activity before, but later on it went well and I completed my work on time and submitted it before the deadline.

In short, I wanted to say that it could not be helpful for everyone. It depends on the person nature and time management. If a person easily manages their time, then he or she can get maximum benefit from this activity. So, I recommended it to those who can manage their time well.
