Congratulations! You are hired and have started working with a reputable organization. The life doesn’t stop here. You have to fly higher and higher in your career. Now the question comes how you can maximize your career? Here I am going to share 6 important tips which will help you to maximize in your career.

· Firstly, put your time in, everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven. In the start of your career you have to do the clerical work so you don’t need to worry about. You just have to prove your trust that you can do any type of work assigned to you. The thing is you don’t have to behave like clerks but to find reason behind every single task you are doing.
· Secondly, don’t talk badly about the company or boss. You are the employer of a company and company invests a lot on you so you don’t need to be a Viner. You don’t need to talk about its management and culture because you can’t change it.
· Thirdly, take control of your relationship with your boss and team members. Whenever you feel trouble with your boss, take him for lunch or dinner. Building relations with your boss is in your hands. You have to build such a good relation with your boss that he starts considering you as much important for the company as he is. Also, meet your team members and colleagues outside the office, offer them lunch. This is not dead investment and will help you in future.
· Fourthly, find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically. As soon as you join, request HR to give you a senior employ as a mentor. You also have to find the power center and the major controller of the organization.
· Fifthly, join professional body and build your network. Once you have entered in the company, start joining different professional societies and attend their conferences and seminars. It will help you to meet with managers all over the industry and give you a huge exposure about the industry.
· Lastly, embrace change and reflect on what you are learning daily. You should make a change your second habit. Always think what you have done today for your future goals. In short, you have to become selfish about yourself once you have entered into a professional life.
