TIPS TO MANAGE YOUR CAREER PATH

To choose are right career is very difficult for every fresh graduate. There is always a thing in mind that whether this job is perfect for me or not, should I continue with this job or just quit. Here I am sharing some tips about managing and maximizing your career.

· First of all, you have to find you passion in a particular field. The things that make you feel happy and you find interest in them is your passion. So you have to align that passion into your career.
· Secondly, decisions are very unique to each person. It is possible that the decision you make your self is right for you but not for others. If your current circumstances allow you to wait for a better opportunity then you should wait. If not, then you should start your career with an available opportunity.
· Thirdly, own your decisions. Once you have made a decision, stick to it. If you live in a collective society where decisions are made with mutual concerns then in that situation you should not blame others for a wrong decision. Because whatever you choose now will make you what you will become tomorrow. So stick to the decision whatever you have made.
· Fourthly, do an internship before pursuing a higher degree to confirm if you like that field. Once you have entered the industry and gained hands-on experience then you can say about you interest in a filed. So try to get little experience about your field before going to higher studies.
· Fifthly, if you want to become an entrepreneur or a business man then don’t do PHD. PHD’s are very less risky and they don’t see the things in a broad way. And they are not considered the best match for the industry. So, unless you want to teach don’t do PHD.
· Lastly, if you get a job which you don’t like spend at least 6–12 months in your first job because there is no job that teaches you nothing and even the worst boss can teach you something. So, try to learn that how the organization is being operated. This thing will help you to start your own business later on.

I shared above 6 tips with my friends. They all were agreed upon the above points. One of my friend was in the opinion that you should just start your career with the available opportunities rather than to wait because opportunities don’t knocks your door time and again.
