Training: When do your employees need it

Employee training is very important and helps an employee be always in the game. But the Training differs for each and every employee with what they do. 
Employees are rational persons who know what is good for them. So if you are wondering whether the employee enjoy the training you make them go through, then make sure that you deliver it when your employees need it, NOT when you want them to take it.
