Some days it feels like not to do anything. No motivation at all. No energy drives you to get out from the bed.

If you get out of the bed somehow, nothing fires up the mind. Not even a bath or a great cup of tea. It feels like mind is a slow and old computer running a latest OS which need 30 min to boot up.

May be the morning sun or the fresh air can do nothing either. It feels like to sleep more or lay on the bed without thinking. Eyes a bound to close and asking some sweet dreams to lost. No need of food as well.

No energy at all and laziness covered you from top of the head to bottom feet. Mind is somewhere that no energy at all. Everything seems like slow and boring.

This is how i feel today. No energy at all. Keys of the keyboard are even too tight that it feels like need a climb on to type. Screen is too bright as well.

This is a moment that it takes all to do what you need to do. It is the moment new habits go haywire. It is the moment that drag you to old habits and break the path you are developing.

It takes practice to make something a habit. It needs time to train your mind to do without extra energy. Try this article i wrote about forming new habits.

If you caught on these moments and act as what your mind and body asked, then everything will go back to where it is. You will be in the bottom of what you started in no time and it will be much harder to climb back where you are now.

If you’re going through hell, keep going. ~Winston Churchill

Sometimes forming a new habit is hard. Keep going is harder than to do something new. Motivations are never lasting forever.

If you do not do what you are suppose to do until it becomes a habit, then it breaks the training process of your mind and destroy your progress.

It is a nature of our mind. It drags you to where it was comfortable. What was easy to do. Where lazy and sleepy. Then it will be even harder to come back to where you are now.

I keep going because if you stop, you stop. Why retire? Inspire.
~Mickey Rooney

So get out from the bed even it not feels like doing it today. You have to do it anyway. Keep doing it until it forms a habit.

Starting somthing new is hard. Keep it doing is harder untill you make it a strong habit.

Do it if you feel like doing it today. If it feels like not doing today, keep doing it anyway.
