UMKA: token sale now officially legal

Good new, everyone. Our Company received its Certificate of Incorporation in the Republic of Seychelles. The security of our investors’ funds is our top priority, and in order to ensure this we make sure that all of our actions are legal. Currently we are preparing the documentation necessary to register the Company in Switzerland and China.

UMKA’s token is a security token. It can be legally purchased on our website during the open token sale.

Please be reminded, that UMK token holders participate in the distribution of the platform’s revenue (1% of the commission from all transactions on the platform will be spread between all issued tokens).

Investors who have purchased the UMK tokens for an amount higher than $1000 receive 10% bonus tokens. $5,000 or more gives you 15% bonus tokens, $10,000–20%, $50,000–25%, $100,000–30%.
