We are clubbers. The music, the night, the dark, the strobos, the speakers, the people. Different members of the team have been or are still involved in the music industry, along with event organization, business administration, marketing and web3 solutions development.

Underground Ape Club is not only an NFT collection: we want to build a bridge between the IRL clubbing culture and the metaverse.

The Music Industry has been hit hard by the recent global pandemic, cutting jobs and the life of many venues around the world. Lights are off in many places.

We want to switch the lights on again, giving new life to those places using the latest crypto technologies available, along with a new definition of club membership, partnership and governance.

NFTs, Metaverses and DAOs are brilliant solutions. Implementing the view of NFTs as services subscriptions and the Metaverses as digital venues (where the magic happens), we created the Underground Ape Club project.

UAC is a membership subscription allowing holders to get their alter-ego in the Metaverse, attend virtual reality parties and actually be a shareholder of those events, via NFTs staking and claiming of the $CLUB token, the official currency of the UAC environment. The Governance of the UAC environment will be decentralized through a DAO, managing the 50 ETH treasury and the decisions around it, where everyone will be able to express his preferences.

The UAC sale is just the beginning of this path. After the sale, at 100% of the RoadMap, we will release another collection: the UAC VX Collection, free to claim for all the UAC holders.

Your UAC VX will be the 3d avatar that will represent you in the metaverse, having the same traits as your original “2d” UAC.

With your UAC VX you will have exclusive access to the Underground Ape Club Parties with top DJs, in collaboration with the best venues in the world. The first party will be the Genesis party, happening on a digital land in partnership with one of the coolest clubs in the world and hosted by a top-tier dj.

But the vision is deeper, as we think (and hope) that the world situation will change in the next future. For this reason, the “last” step of our path will be the Underground Ape Club Events Brand, hosting parties in IRL and in the Metaverse at the same time, with a virtually infinite number of members attending.

All the holders will have a share on the revenues of those events, directly in the $CLUB token liquidity, in order to be able to swap them for ETH when they prefer. Of course, the DAO will decide if the holders want to do otherwise, for example reinvest the revenues in new events.
