Remember when this picture went viral? And we all made fun of the people staring at their phone? Does anyone else think it’s ironic that we were probably staring at our phone while we were criticizing these people for not living in the moment or whatever? Anyone consider that in order for the photographer to capture this image and make a grand statement critiquing American society, he/she would have had to be facing away from said event and look into a lens to see people focused on their screen? And in order for us to join in on this critique, we look out our screens and share it via Internet.
