Q1. Can you give us a brief overview of what qiibee is and how it brings innovation to the loyalty market? @GabrieleG

Ans, 👉 qiibee brings innovation to the loyalty market through its plug-and-play solutions where enterprises worldwide are running and operating their loyalty programs on the blockchain in just a few hours, to maximize cost-efficiency and customer engagement.
The main problem is that companies today spend a lot of money to set-up and run a loyalty system. Since customers face different challenges because they can’t get out any value and with that they engage less with the system. This is a huge problem for companies and for customers, if you quantify the number you see that there are more than $500bn in value of unused points in 2019.

And the reason why we use blockchain to solve this problem is that, first this huge value of points needs to be secured from any attacks, this is done by taking these points out central databases and merge it into a decentralized ledger.

Second, different processes behind loyalty systems are not efficient and create high running costs. Through the adoption of blockchain this process can be automated and companies can save a great amount of money on their running costs.

Third, by integrating blockchain technology, loyalty programs can be interoperable with each other. And this means that customers can exchange points from one loyalty program to the other.

Not only does blockchain mitigate any security risks connected to all points owned by customers, but companies can decrease running costs and at the same time increase customer engagement by giving their customers more options through the exchangeability of points.

Q2. Amidst the plethora of projects today why do you think people should not pass qiibee as just another crypto project?

Ans, 👉Because qiibee is not just some crypto project; We were one of the first who had real, working product and customers before we even made our token sale. Thanks to that, we became the leaders when it comes to loyalty system solutions on the blockchain. There simply is no ‘loyalty on the blockchain’ without qiibee.
Moreover, my team is fully focused on the long term value of the product and is not interested in taking advantage of the markets short term volatility.

qiibee is the future of loyalty programs, for both; brands and customers. We Increase Customer Lifetime Value and Decrease Management Costs at the same time. Moreover, the Platform Makes Engaging in Loyalty Programs Easier and More Flexible for Consumers.

Q3. What have you achieved so far?

Ans, 👉Besides launching our plug & play solution, with the dashboard and the API, we focused on understanding the market and talking to the right people. This resulted in closing two major tech partnerships with IBM and Coinify and to an impressive list of channel partners, including Mindnow, Loylogic, R/GA, Fabware, Confimprese, BSI, HTS and Domec, that all believe in our vision.

And of course, we also rolled-out the first 3 loyalty programs built on our technology:
- Lattesso, the second largest cold coffee producer in Switzerland, with millions of customers in 7 different countries.
- kkiosk and press&books who collaborated with qiibee to run a Christmas campaign during December 2018 at over 750 POS with 650’000 daily customers.
- Sausalitos, the largest cocktail producer in Germany operating more than 40 restaurants tested the qiibee solution with a pilot project in five locations. Thanks to the successful test the loyalty program has been rolled out to all 44 locations in May 2019.

Q4. What do you plan to achieve in the next 2–3 years?

Ans, 👉Our first priority is that we always further develop our product and technology to enable companies to integrate as fast and easy possible as well as maximize security, cost efficiency and customer engagement. We have so many requests and great opportunities that our second priority is to assess on which opportunities to focus on. This means working on our sales pipeline and understand where we will invest our time. Of course, we will always update our community on our latest development.

Question 👉What are some of the issues #QIBEE is currently seeking to solve.

Ans👉Currently we are focusing everything on growth. This means that we are receiving more and more attention from enterprises worldwide. They all want to talk and work with us to improve their business. One of the most important things with that, and where we are focused on right now, is understanding which of these opportunities make the most sense and where should we focous our time and energy. There are so many opportunities that we have on the table, the art is choosing the right one.

Question 👉Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to $Quibee and how? What are the actions to increase awareness around $Quibee in non-crypto space. ?

Ans👉On a global scale blockchain and crypto savvy people are still in the minority and this needs for sure to change. We at qiibee are driving this change by helping brands with non-crypto / blockchain customers to get into this space by opening for the first time their wallet when they register into the loyalty system of a brand. Only with the first few Proof of Concepts that we did with European brands, we thousands of people getting into the space without having it touched before.

Question 👉1.Can you explain the exact role of QBX token in the interoperability between loyalty points from different brands? Will QBX be used as fee to convert one loyalty point to another (introducing some friction as people will need QBX but great for QBX holders) or will every loyalty point/token in a brand will first need to first to be converted to QBX & then into the other loyalty point without friction in the UX because all the exchange will take place behind the scenes automatically in the app? Please explain how that works.

2. Businesswise you might just need to onboard businesses but the community of each loyalty program also plays an important role because they can bring their own family members. Will any referral program be baked & enforced at the protocol level so that all loyalty brands include that incentive for their loyal customers either through the QBX token directly or some other way?

Ans👉The main role of the QBX is to give actually access to companies wanting to use our technology. This means triggering different transaction that are need to set-up and run a loyalty system. Besides that brands can use the QBX to make it exchangeable with their loyalty tokens. Our main goal is to reduce the friction as much as possible for the end user, this means all the transaction will happen behind the scenes. User-friendliness is one of the most important things, when you want to push for adoption.

Question 👉A project’s TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT may not always be reflected on the PRICE of its token. What is Qiibee doing specifically to increase price of its token ?

Long STANDING , established PROJECTS are struggling with their CAPITAL and VALUATIONS . Don’t you FORESEE a situation where Qiibee will face the same too

Ans👉This is a good and very polarizing questions, because everybody has another opinion on it. A lot of people think that it’s all about speculation and that as soon as startup pushes news, buys back tokens or pumps the price, then action will start happening on the price. We believe that this all wrong and we looked at many different projects to understand what does help and what not. Of course if you want to generate short term profit on the price, these pump and dumps are good for you. But if you want to build a business then you should focus on the business. And that is what we are doing, we are filling our pipeline with brands and partners and we are working with them to integrate our technology into their systems. Now this all takes time, a lot of time. Typical sales cycles with companies that do tens of billions of dollars are between 6 and 12 months. This patience pays off biggest these are the biggest deals and will use our technology the most and with that also the QBX.

Question 👉Q1: I’ve been following QBX on Binance Dex for the past weeks. In the days I followed, I saw that daily volume was close to zero. QBX also is listed on Coinsuper and think that same there. How will you overcome and change this situation? What steps will you take to make the QBX more demanded token?

Q2: Are you planning to add any other assets to the Qiibee wallet? Also does it differ from existing wallets? How will its future developments, updates be?

Ans👉We are finalising the integration with two major brands right now, onboarding a few others and as said before there is waiting list of brands in the pipeline that we are assessing to understand the biggest opportunities for us. We are focusing on larger enterprises right now, that as said need a longer time to take decision and to move. But we believe that this is the right strategy, since the global players lead the space for all the others. So this should create the desired waterfall effect. The future of the qiibee wallet will be all about the exchangeability between the loyalty tokens in the qiibee ecosystem. Our goal is not to integrate all the crypto tokens you see in the space but really focusing on the loyalty market, which has billions of users and dollars available.
