10 ways to bring more clarity 


  1. Set intentions before starting work. For example the intention for this list will be come up with various ideas to bring more clarity in everything I do.
  2. Set expected output. Define it in two aspects. Time, quality, quantity, get-it-doneness (get it out of the way), completion.
  3. Predict the result of my work. What it can bring about. Really. Is it just a piece of document or it can change businesses and lives forever.
  4. Write out the intention.
  5. Set minimum level of performance. This will ideally expand at least one of my one abilities.
  6. Spell out the next step.
  7. Write coherently. This, this and that. One big idea per paragraph.
  8. First detail the entire project. Write the entire scope and the boundaries of the project.
  9. Measure time invested on each project.
  10. Tag the type of projects and find out the pricing.
